Hello,
I can download the app but cannot open it = it gets stuck on a blue window with the name of the window at the center?

Checking its size with my available space:
The app is 53MB, my storage space is 19.2GB, but my available memory is 544MB.
I'm having a bit of trouble distinguishing between these two pieces of information.

P.S.: I have no problem accessing the site with a PC that is currently broken.

Thank you

    Hello
    Try in the A10 Settings menu, then Applications, then tap DoctoLib, then Permissions...
    Accept the ones proposed;;
    Then also still in Applications, Doctolib, Storage, Clear cache and Delete data (this just clears the settings, if there were any!!)

    The memories are 2, the RAM which is used to display and work (the one that is not modifiable or expandable, generally the smallest, used by open and in-use apps..
    The Internal Memory (phone storage, the closet...) for apps, photos, videos, messages, etc... Expandable/External if you can add a microSD card...

    On Samsung, use in settings, Battery and Maintenance, regularly, go to "check" if everything is alright!!

    A+

    Hello again and sorry for taking my time to respond,

    For the "Permissions" to accept does it mean "Enable" Calendar + Camera + Location + Microphone?

    All the settings have been made and the app still doesn't open... I went to "App details in the store" out of curiosity, and there I discovered a sad satellite drawing? That's not normal...

    The phone is regularly cleaned...
