X-Reality banner on my Sony Bravia TV

Hello,

I tried to get it off with user feedback, namely pressing the home/power button on the television for 5 seconds (on the TV itself). But nothing works. It turns the TV off, then back on, and the banner reappears.

Hello, have you tried this? (we don't know the model)

To reset,

Home on the remote

1 go left or right on the settings icon

2 up or down arrow and select system settings

3 enter with the central button

4 go down with the arrows to general settings and enter with the central button

5 choose factory settings and enter with the central button

6 choose yes to restore factory settings

The television will reset

Be careful to choose a PIN code and keep it safe

By doing home, settings, and i manual you have the television manual.
