Compass Issue/Samsung Galaxy A02s

Hello,
The Samsung Galaxy A02s Android mobile does not have a compass. I tried to install a compass from the Play Store
but it doesn't work, what should I do? I really need it.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 98.0.4758.102

    Same problem this morning for a client.
    Probably a bug or a hardware failure.
    The compass is correctly displayed in the technical sheet.
    Not attempted a reset.

    What do you mean? What isn't working? Since the compass principle is connected to that of GPS sensors, you need to make sure that location services are enabled. It's also worth noting that inside buildings, geolocation may not work.
