Hello,
I have a problem with my PC since yesterday. The day before yesterday, I had no issues. I installed the latest update for Windows 11 and strangely, the PC shuts down and restarts by itself. I tried to uninstall the update but the problem is the same. I tested my RAM but nothing was found, I worked around the issue by unchecking "System failure, automatic restart." I have a screenshot of all my shutdowns. Hoping to get some help, thank you in advance!

Hello,
Download FRST and once downloaded save it on the desktop, then right-click on FRST and choose Run as Administrator you will have this:
Click on ScanAttention, wait for the messages indicating that the scan is complete to appear
At the end of the scan, you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition
Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports to CJOINT see THIS TUTORIAL then provide the two links generated by Cjoint in your response.

It seems to be a problem between your AMD Ryzen 5900X processor and Windows. Check if a BIOS update for your motherboard is available.
Another thing unrelated to your problem, your Edge and Chrome browsers are infected with a pest search engine (palikan).
If you want to remove it, do the following:
Procedure to follow in the order indicated:
1- Open FRST as an administrator by right-clicking on FRST and choosing Run as administrator
2 - Copy the entire script that is in the box below:Start::
CreateRestorePoint:
CloseProcesses:
Edge StartupUrls: Default -> "hxxp://www.palikan.com/?f=7&a=plk_nxtad_16_01&cd=2XzuyEtN2Y1L1QzuyD0C0FtAyBtDyBtCzz0DtDtCyDtA0B0DtN0D0Tzu0StCyEyCzytN1L2XzutAtFtCyDtFtAtFtDtN1L1Czu1BtAtN1L1G1B1V1N2Y1L1Qzu2StBtA0EyB0FtAzytAtGtCzzzzzytG0CtByB0DtGyBtBtByDtGtA0F0C0EyC0AtC0DtA0DtD0D2QtN1M1F1B2Z1V1N2Y1L1Qzu2StC0AyEyE0FyBzytDtGtBtC0FzytGyEyEyCtBtGzzyBtByCtG0E0DyC0DtCyD0A0CyDyD0D0A2QtN0A0LzuyE&cr=317053815&ir=","hxxps://www.google.com/"
CHR Notifications: Default -> hxxps://fr.comprating.com; hxxps://www.bizzbee.com
CHR StartupUrls: Default -> "hxxp://www.palikan.com/?f=7&a=plk_nxtad_16_01&cd=2XzuyEtN2Y1L1QzuyD0C0FtAyBtDyBtCzz0DtDtCyDtA0B0DtN0D0Tzu0StCyEyCzytN1L2XzutAtFtCyDtFtAtFtDtN1L1Czu1BtAtN1L1G1B1V1N2Y1L1Qzu2StBtA0EyB0FtAzytAtGtCzzzzzytG0CtByB0DtGyBtBtByDtGtA0F0C0EyC0AtC0DtA0DtD0D2QtN1M1F1B2Z1V1N2Y1L1Qzu2StC0AyEyE0FyBzytDtGtBtC0FzytGyEyEyCtBtGzzyBtByCtG0E0DyC0DtCyD0A0CyDyD0D0A2QtN0A0LzuyE&cr=317053815&ir=","hxxps://www.google.com/"
EmptyTemp:
End::
3- Once the script is copied, click on Fix, FRST automatically takes the script from the clipboard.
Let the fix process complete. Once it is finished, you will be asked to restart your PC. Please do so as soon as prompted, see below.
Once your computer has restarted:
4- You will have a Fixlog file on your desktop, then send these reports to https://www.cjoint.com/ see this tutorial, then provide the link generated by Cjoint in your next message.

Thank you for your response. What’s strange is that I had zero issues until now.. I have the latest update for my motherboard (P1.50). I will fix the issue with my browsers. What is it caused by?
Here is the link https://www.cjoint.com/c/LBto5gjuGDj-
The fixlog is OK, the infection is removed. It often comes via free software during installation; there are pre-checked boxes, and if we don't uncheck them, unwanted software gets installed.
Thank you for your reply, what's strange is that I had no issues until now.
That was before the update. If a new BIOS is available on your motherboard manufacturer's website, update your motherboard's BIOS.

Alright, is there currently no possible solution? Is it a problem between the version of my BIOS and Windows 11? Could an update of Windows 11 resolve the issue?
-
Alright, I can contact NZXT then I think to report the issue. I've been playing since 4 PM and I haven't had any crashes. Really strange bug.
-
This may also come from the chipset driver not being up to date. According to the FRST report, you have this motherboard https://nzxt.com/product/n7-b550. If this is indeed your motherboard, I would first update the chipset driver as seen at the bottom of the page, then check with NZXT because according to the FRST report your BIOS is up to date.
That's all from my side.
Best of luck.

Very well, thank you for the time taken. Really, I am grateful for your help. I wish you nothing but the best! Thank you a thousand times.

Hello, I would like to follow up with you. I reinstalled Windows 10, updated my drivers via the motherboard’s website, and had no issues for two days. I just had a crash with the same type of issue in the event viewer... (on two different cores)
A recoverable hardware error has occurred.
Reported by component: processor core
Error source: Machine Check Exception
Error type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 18

I don't even get a blue screen, the PC freezes, the screen goes black and restarts directly.

I just came across this, I don't think I'm the only one... https://community.amd.com/t5/processors/ryzen-5900x-system-constantly-crashing-restarting-whea-logger-id/td-p/423321

Hello, I'm here to give you an update regarding my issue. I completely reinstalled Windows, updated my chipset via the AMD website, and even reset my BIOS to default. However, I have a problem when I launch a game; the PC shuts down and restarts with the error: kernel-power, id:41, task:63. I notice that the issue with the processor core, so the WHEA-LOGGER source follows the kernel power. I ran an OCCT power test, which only utilized the CPU at 100% and the GPU at 5%. After 30 minutes, there were no shutdowns. So the shutdowns are random; could a problem with my power supply be causing all my issues?

I am going to buy another power supply to eliminate any doubt. I performed a Memtest86 and there were no issues with my RAM. Thank you for your response.

Hello, I called in a technician, he found the cause. My NZXT water cooling is the problem, he connected a small heatsink without any issues, but as soon as he reconnected my water cooling, the PC shut down immediately.
