Avira Phantom VPN

Hello,
I see an icon for "Avira Phantom VPN" appearing in the taskbar even though I didn't request it.
Should I do something? Disable it, .... and how?

    No, I don't use anything to surf, I just open Google Chrome and browse
    This Avira Phantom icon appeared without me asking for anything and I don't know what to do with it

      Look at its configuration, you must have activated the VPN in it...
      Otherwise,
      on Windows 10 or 11, I think it's useless to you, you can delete it, Windows Defender alone is sufficient.
