VPN network connection issue

Hello,

I need help with a remote connection via FortiClient VPN.
I am on Windows 7, and after filling in the gateway and password identifiers, FortiClient tells me "unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server is not reachable."

One of my colleagues has the same PC with Windows 7 as well, and his connection works perfectly.

Is there a solution?

you need to check its address, if it's in a professional context, check with your network administrators.
