A contact can't hear me when they call.

Hello,I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 S. Since I bought it, I can hear all my contacts, but there is one person who can't hear me when they call. They have to beep me, and then I call them back and they can hear me.Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?Thank you very much in advance for your help!Configuration: Android / Chrome 97.0.4692.98

Hello, I have the same issue as you and before I had one contact but now I have two.
When they call, they can't hear me, I have to call them back every time.
Do you have an explanation or a solution, please?

Maybe try:

Go to settings - Apps - Manage apps - Find the Phone app or search for it, then Clear all Data (Don't worry it will not remove your call history or contacts)
then restart the phone. Try to call someone if it works for you.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem. One contact can't hear me.

I even completely reset the phone, still the same. MIUI 13 update

The only way I found for this contact is to answer/pause the call and then resume it.

After this pause, the contact can hear me.

Not very convenient...

When I switch back to my Redmi Note 7, I no longer have the problem...
