  But since it was on Omegle, there is no way to contact the person or to be contacted by the person in question, so why talk to me about an 11-year-old girl and the police, without asking anything more, except to tell me that she was from the police and that my life was over. I can't get over it, and I have seen on other forums that people have been arrested by law enforcement for things like this, so I don't know what to think, I am scared.
  Furthermore, it seems to me that I have seen cases like mine on the site where people were taken in and asked what they faced regarding legal articles.
  I have seen several articles on the internet about people who had been incarcerated because of this kind of behavior.

However, if during a conversation someone claims to be 11 years old (or younger than the minimum registration age on any site), you must end the conversation immediately and report the account to the site's support as it violates the terms of service.

It's important to be cautious when opening your webcam. Likewise, each person is responsible for what they broadcast and must abide by the terms of service of the site where they are broadcasting.
