Incapable installer un programme téléchargé

Bonjour, et merci de me lire. Comme l'an dernier, j'ai téléchargé un logiciel d'impôt, mais cette fois je suis incapable de l'installer sur le PC de mon amie (W10FAMILLE maj 20H2) mais pas de problème sur le mien (W10PRO, maj 21H2). Le mode admin n'y change rien. Le fichier setup.exe refuse de s'exécuter. Pas de problème pour installer d'autres logiciels.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 97.0.4692.99

    Salut,

    Vois si il y a des détails dans l'Observateur d'événements > Journaux Windows > Applications

    Par clic droit sur Ce PC > Gérer

    PS: Vous pouvez faire la mise à jour

    Merci de me répondre. J'ai entamé le processus de MAJ vers 21H2. Peut-être que celà va aider. En attendant, beaucoup de données dans l'obs évènements. En voici un aperçu: (note que j'avais suspendu l'antivirus).

    Non, la maj n'a rien donné. Je suis connecté en admin et rien n'y fait. Je clique sur le fichier exe et tout s'arrête en 2 ou 3 secondes sans aucun message d'erreur. C'est à n'y rien comprendre!

    c'est bien sur le fichier d'installation et pas sur le fichier .exe du logiciel ?

      Uns fois décompressé, Il y a un fichier application appelé SETUP (1438k) et un autre fichier application intitulé TURBO 2021 INSTALLER (247452k). Une fois cliqué, ce dernier semble préparer une installation mais se termine avec le message: ''impossible d'installer à partir de ce fichier, utiliser plutôt le fichier exe''. Le fichier SETUP, quant à lui, ne donne strictement rien.

    Dans l'observateur d'événements, juste après un lancement raté, tu dois voir une erreur qui concerne le .exe du programme (Pas d’autre)

    Tu pourrais toujours essayer de faire un sfc /scannow avec l,invite de commandes en tant qu'admin

    Sinon à part réinstaller Windows à neuf, je sais pas,

    Si besoin, utilises l'outil pour créer une Clé USB pour mettre à jour, réparer, ou réinstaller Windows

    Si tu a déjà le fichier ISO de Windows que tu peux télécharger à partir de l'outil, tu peux créer ta clé USB avec Rufus

    Démarres dessus par le Boot Menu du PC

    Si tu ne vois pas, tu peux chercher sur Google "[Marque Modèle] Boot Menu Key"

    Choisis "Installation personnalisée" (Pas mise à niveau)

    Pas obligé de formater si il y a de l'espace, si il y a des données, elles se retrouveront dans un dossier Windows.old

    Installes sur la même partition, ou au choix, supprimes toutes les partitions système et crées en une nouvelle (Supprime les données).
