How can I log into my Google account on Edenwood TV?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 97.0.4692.87

    The reason may be that it's one of those proprietary smart TVs and therefore limited by the manufacturer.
    Does it work on a version of Android TV? (and not on Android in general)

      On wifi
      I have the Google app with smart TV but when I enter my credentials it won't accept them
      I can search but I can't add Spotify for example.

    To open YouTube, you need to enter a .gmail address and the password.

    For Spotify, you need an account.

      YouTube was already set up
      I have a Spotify account but when I search for it on Google it gives me the site but I can't open it just like the other applications
      Apparently I can't explain what my problem is
