Defragment an external HDD formatted with exFAT

Hello:
I have an external HDD that was formatted with the NTFS file system, and I had to change it to exFAT for greater compatibility, and recently I wanted to defragment it but I can't do it as shown in the photo below, so I would like to know if it's possible to use third-party software.
