Disconnected Instagram account

Hello,
Without knowing why, my Instagram account has been logged out.
To explain, when I try to log in as usual via Facebook, it asks me to confirm my identity by entering a code that I will receive by email. However, the email address shown (only the first and last letter are visible) does not correspond to my email address. Therefore, I cannot enter the requested code because I don't receive it.
Then, when I click on "forgot password," it asks for my username, which I type in, and then I arrive on a page that says "To log in, please confirm that this is you. We have noticed unusual activity on your account, so we have logged you out. Please follow the steps within the next day to log back into your account before it is disabled."
So I check the right boxes on the CAPTCHA, but then, when I click next, it says "A problem has occurred. Please try again."
Unfortunately, this has been the same since the issue arose on Sunday, January 9, 2022.
Please, do you have any information that could help me recover my account?
