Instagram conversation that disappears over time

Question

Hello,
I have a problem with my Instagram conversations (note that this is an isolated issue with just one of my conversations)
Messages are deleting over time, and I only have access to the messages from the last 24 hours. It's impossible to go back and see older messages, which is quite a problem for me.

Does anyone have any clues about this issue? I should mention that I haven't initiated any particular actions, and this problem appeared overnight...

Hello, I have the same problem, but the messages stay for less than 24 hours. It seems that the conversation has a limit of a few messages, and then I scroll back to the top of the conversation. This issue only appears on the phone, not on instagram.com; the other person has no problem.

Hello, If you haven't activated the option, it's the other person in the conversation who has activated it.
