    Nothing unusual, the IPTV that allows you to get a ton of paid channels for a few euros is illegal in France, the shady sites that offer this type of subscription are located in countries outside of France and the EU, they know that you won't be able to file a complaint against them since it's illegal, like many, you only have to give up your subscription.
