Hello
I have a Thomson Neo Z3 - Z313Q850 laptop
For a few days now, the keyboard has not been working. The computer starts up correctly, and I use the virtual keyboard to enter the password.
In the accessibility options, the filter keys and sticky keys are disabled.
Can you please give me a solution?

Hello, it's a Windows tablet that has no USB port or BIOS. It's better to avoid buying that.
I don't have an answer for your keyboard issue.
As for mine, it no longer charges.

Thank you for your response, which doesn't help me much. For your information, it is a gift that was given to my daughter.

Hello,
try holding down the right shift key for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, check the keyboard for a key with a padlock on it; if there is one, press fn + that key. -
Hello.
There isn't much to do.
This model of "PC" is brand new and low-end.
It's not repairable. From here, we wonder if it's a hardware failure or a software failure.
I think if the failure is like mine, the best thing to do is to send it for warranty.
I've stopped fighting against this tablet, 2 failures with 1 warranty !!!!!
We don't even have the time to work on it before it's already broken down again.
Otherwise, have you tried the keyboard combinations just in case it's stuck?
Goodbye.
