Hello,
My Thomson Neo 14 laptop is acting up.
I turned it on and, as usual, to unlock it I pressed the "enter" key, so far so good.
Unfortunately, the rest isn't working anymore; some keys work but others don’t, the keyboard isn’t locked by the F12 key, and in the accessibility options, the filter keys and sticky keys are unchecked. I don't understand, do you have a solution? Thank you in advance.
