Leboncoin app with iOS 12xxx

Hello,

I can't install the Leboncoin app on my tablet which I can't upgrade to iOS 13.
Is it possible for me to obtain a version that is compatible with the iOS 12 system?

    No...
    (This version does not exist...).
    This application requires iOS 13.0 or later.
    For Android, it requires Android 7.0 or later.

    This response doesn't help me. How can I install iOS 13 on a tablet that doesn't allow it? Leboncoin had applications that worked with iOS 12, why can't they provide those older applications? I'm definitely not going to change my tablet - which works perfectly - just to be able to download the Leboncoin app.
