How to install the Encarta dictionary

I want to install the Encarta dictionary, but I haven't been able to do it. How should I proceed?

    Hello.
    Encarta was discontinued in 2009 apparently your version of Encarta is no longer compatible with your current version of Windows.

    Hello,

    It has been communicated several times that the Encarta software, which was discontinued in 2009, cannot be installed on recent versions of Windows.

    Not to mention that to install this paid software, one must have the license code, which is no longer managed by Microsoft and cannot under any circumstances be provided on this forum.
