My Packard Bell won't turn on anymore.

Hello,
When I try to turn on my PC, a blue light starts blinking and it doesn't turn on... I opened the PC and noticed that the fan tries to start up but stops almost immediately! If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears!

    Good evening,

    In my opinion, this problem comes from the power supply of your PC.

    Does the fan of the power supply work when you turn on the PC?

    If you need to change the power supply, check the label which will give you voltage, amps, etc., to ensure the same specifications on the new power supply.

      When I press the power button, the fan starts but stops suddenly, and it’s the same thing every time it flickers.
