Good evening brave people,

This is my first time asking a computer-related question on a forum, so thank you in advance for your help.

As you can see from the screenshot with which I began my post, something is wrong with the machine.

This follows the reconnection of my graphics card, which I just repaired after changing its fan (I had borrowed an old graphics card to troubleshoot in the meantime). Since I reinstalled it, this message keeps popping up quite frequently. It's quite annoying.

I’ve checked that the Windows updates, etc., are completed. I admit I don’t know what method to use to resolve this issue.

    Hello,

    Try deleting amdrsserv.exe in C:\programfiles\AMD\Cnext\Cnext and then restart and see what happens
