Question

Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out to you about a Malware issue that I can't seem to delete. Let me explain.
For the past few days, the application "GSPACE DISCOVER" has been launching every time I start my computer. I can't close it or prevent it from starting up.

Noticing it was clearly malware, I first deleted the source file named "Relevant Knowledge" as recommended in one of the online guides I found.

The file was deleted, but the application still launches every time. I then tried running various cleaning software (Malwarbyte/CC cleaner, etc.), with no success; they do not detect the malware.
So, I simply tried to delete the file at the root using WindirSTat.

I’m sure you can guess how that went—unsuccessfully. I can't uninstall the files since the application is running, but I can't close the application. Even forcing it with the task manager, GSPACE DISCOVER restarts immediately.

If anyone has a solution, I'm all ears!

Before using the "magic" tools, let's start with a PC diagnosis:

Make sure to read the entire procedure before posting the reports
Do not post them directly in the messages as they are unreadable and incomplete

The reports expected are FRST.txt and Addition.txt

All reports must be hosted at https://security-x.fr/up/ and you indicate the obtained links in your response

--> Download the FRST version of Farbar, compatible with your system and save the file to your Desktop

--> For a 32-bit system
--> For a 64-bit system

--> Wait until your browser offers you the download to save, without clicking anywhere, especially not on the sponsors of the page.
--> Close all applications, including your browser
--> Double-click on FRST.exe and click Yes to accept the Disclaimer
--> Under Vista, Windows 7 / 8 and 10, you must run the file by right-clicking -> Run as administrator
--> Wait until it indicates The tool is ready to operate
--> From the main menu, click on Scan and wait for the analysis to complete
--> At the end of the scan, the reports FRST.txt and Addition.txt are created. Post these reports in your next response.
--> The reports are saved in the same location as the tool and under C:\FRST\Logs
