Transparent frame on screen

Hello,

On a Surface Pro (Windows).
A transparent frame with a slight shadow border (which allows me to see it) has appeared on my screen. If my mouse passes in front of it, nothing responds anymore.

So I have to move my windows to be able to click where I want...

Could you help me?

    Hello,
    I had exactly the same problem (I'm on W11, for your information).
    - Right-click on the desktop
    - Display settings
    - disable auto-scaling (I don't remember enabling it...)
    - Windows restarts: the translucent frame is gone :)
    - then I set the scaling to what works for me
