"JBL Tune 225 TWS wireless earbuds issue"

Hello, I recently encountered a problem with the right earbud of my JBL Tune 225 TWS. The issue is that I have one earbud (the right one) that has a much lower sound level than the other, and I would like to know if there is a way to resolve this issue or if they need to be replaced.....
