Edenwood Android TV - TNT reception issue

Hello,

I have an Edenwood Android TV. For the past few weeks, I've been having trouble receiving TNT channels. I'm connected to an individual rooftop antenna.
Some channels are pixelated or not visible at all while others work fine. This also varies depending on the time of day. The problem started with channels like W9, M6, and then spread to TF1, TFX, NRJ...
However, on the second TV, which is not Android, there are no reception issues.
I have tried resetting, changing the cable, and scanning for channels... nothing resolves the problem. Does anyone know how to help?
Thank you

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.0.3

Good evening,

Start by checking the coaxial connections, unplugging and plugging them back in several times to eliminate any possible oxidation; if necessary, redo them properly and be careful, the slightest "hair" from the braid that touches the copper core can mess things up...
The antenna might have moved as well...
The HD TNT is more demanding in terms of both quantity and quality of signal
The best option, if there are still no results, would be to install a variable gain preamplifier (sometimes too much amplification can degrade the signal); this preamplifier should be LTE/4G filtered and placed on the mast as close to the antenna as possible,
Here is a good product, for example:

"In contrast, on the second TV, which is not Android, there are no reception issues."
It is likely a problem with the HD TNT tuner which must be less sensitive

Good evening,

Thank you for your quick and detailed response. I had thought about testing with a preamplifier.
I will order it and let you know if needed ????

No problem at all, and feel free to come back to update or if you have any other questions.
