TNT reception with LCD TV Tucson

Hello,
my parents bought the TUCSON TL3210HDF875 LCD TV and my sister set it up without looking at the manual. As a result, we only get channels 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6.
The TV is supposed to have built-in DTT. But we can't get it to work.
Have you experienced this problem? How can I fix it?

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0
I followed this procedure to the letter and yet, when it does the automatic search, it indicates UHF + a number ranging from 5 to 50.
Once the progress reaches 100%, it shows the following message:
"No channels found. Please check the antenna connection" even though the antenna connections are firmly in place!
