Hello,
I have a Bluesky VCS 6000 VCR, but I'm following the procedure to program the channels, but they are not being programmed. I try again, but to no avail. Can you help me? Thank you.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 96.0.4664.92

Hello,
Your recorder only has an SD tuner, which is incompatible with the new HD standard, so it's normal that it finds nothing.
You are not the only one facing this kind of issue, and here is what I usually propose on this forum.
Solution 1, the best and least expensive :-Most current HD TNT adapters have a "PVR" = Personal Video Recorder (in French = Magnétoscope Numérique) that records onto external hard drives in HD, and they can of course be programmed in advance, convenient, no more tapes or DVDs to handle, and you can record one channel while watching another on the TV if it's HD; otherwise, a dual tuner adapter.
You can still use your VCR for playback; these HD TNT adapters are available everywhere starting from €20.
Solution 2 not great: add an HD terminal to your current recorder that will record via the SCART a degraded SD HD signal, image distortion, etc.; plus, you will have to program both devices.
-But it's possible as long as the HD TNT terminal has a SCART socket, and the recorder is switched to it.
Connections:
For the antenna, whatever the solution:
Antenna input on the HD TNT terminal, then return to the TV with a coaxial cable (terminal output -> TV antenna input).
Solution 1: HD TNT terminal via HDMI to the TV.
VCR to the TV via SCART.
Solution 2:
The SCART output of the HD TNT terminal to the SCART input of the recorder (AV2 in principle) which will have to be switched to this input.
VCR via SCART to the TV if it is equipped, as it is no longer mandatory; otherwise, you'll have to improvise...;-( .
It may be necessary to configure the TNT terminal since some output via SCART or HDMI but not both.
Solution 3: buy another recorder with an HD tuner!!! but that’s quite pricey.
