Hello everyone, as a beginner in computers, I would need your advice,
I activated the Malwarebytes premium trial on my Android tablet but I would like to deactivate it and return to the free version. I have a few days left before the trial ends as I do not wish to pay for a subscription at the end of it; at worst, how can I proceed to uninstall the app? Should I close the authorizations, the administrator, or the permissions to change the settings before starting the uninstallation? I'm a bit lost; if you can help me, I would be grateful in advance; have a good end of the year.

Hi, no you won't have anything to pay at the end of the trial, Malwarebytes will revert to the free version without protection. You can keep Malwarebytes free for occasional scans. Open Malwarebytes, click the gear icon at the top right, then on Account and disable the premium version, just like in the images below and like this

Good evening,
Open the Malwarebytes software and then click on the Settings menu located at the top right.
Then click on the Account Information tab and then click on the Deactivate Premium Trial link.

For your information, Malwarebytes will automatically revert to the free version after 14 days if you do not subscribe to the paid offer.

Hello MPMP10, we must have crossed paths because I already replied with the same thing at 5:29 PM, with screenshots.

Hi arobase94,
Sorry, but the topic was empty when I clicked on it and then I switched to another tab in the browser to build my response and especially to look up how to disable Malwarebytes, which takes time, and during that time, I didn't refresh the page of this topic before submitting my reply.

You validated your answer at 5:29 PM and I did at 5:36 PM, which is a total of eight minutes, which is not much...
