HP Smart Installation

Hello,
Following the replacement of my PC, I am unable to install HP Smart. The PC recognizes the printer. The Smart software appears in the dropdown. When I open the software, a window asks for my username and password. I enter this request. I confirm.
I open the software to perform a scan, and it asks for my username and password again. As a result, I get an error regarding the password or username. I've spent three hours searching. What should I do?

    If I understand correctly, the error is "incorrect username or password."

      Good evening, actually, I can't open this software, the username or password is rejected. Even though they were validated after the change.

      It's the snake that bites its tail. I contacted support, but it's the virtual agent who cut things short very quickly. Specifically, I want to open scanning, beyond the address and password, invalid response, reset password, send code, which I'm still waiting for. I tried with a new address, response this account already exists, I don't understand anything anymore. At 92 years old, I’m losing my bearings. I feel like I've fallen.
