I am in a hospital room. How to unlock a Telefunken TV to connect a PS4 via HDMI?

Assistance will not be possible in this area here given the context; for this request, you need to discuss it with the managers of this hospital center, but it is unlikely that they will agree to modify this hotel mode...

By randomly pressing the buttons, we managed to get the PS4 to work. However, today it no longer functions. I'm thinking that if it worked before, there's no reason we can't do it again. What's the trick?
