Hello,
Like many services, we are short of daytime nurses. We are down to only 4. We would like to move to 12-hour shifts with 1 weekend off every 2. However, finding a proper rotation is difficult for me.

Hello everyone,
And it’s one nurse per shift (in other words, one in the morning, one in the afternoon?)
Can she be in the morning on Saturday and in the afternoon on Sunday?
And when are the days off?
So many questions come to my mind, and there are surely more.
You need someone who knows the labor law for nurses!
