Blue envelope when opening the account

Hello,

I am annoyed, I just created an email address on outlook.fr and I have to wait for a blue envelope to open and for a sort of blue tablet to come out and go back in several times before the account opens in the messaging. Is it possible to go directly to the messaging without having to wait?
Thank you if you have the answer to please share it.

    No, same here, but very fast
    Apparently, it's just a "hourglass" while the webmail downloads and displays the page
    The speed depends on the internet bandwidth

    Same here, and it has been going on since the summer on my PC with Hotmail. I don't have a terrible ADSL speed, but why does everything else (searching, shopping, etc.) work well?
    I had my computer checked. I have lowered the security settings and others in the configuration. It’s still the same! Someone told me to switch to Firefox: it’s a bit faster but still too slow even just to delete an email. After a few minutes, it becomes somewhat more acceptable. I considered changing my email service, but I have too many contacts to inform.
    I hope for a solution soon.
