Streaming sites

Hello
for a few days I haven't been able to connect to streaming sites such as ********** or *************.net
when I try, I get the message "hum we can't find this site" on Firefox
or "unable to find the IP address of the server of video.com"
I saw on ccm that some people subscribed to Orange had the same problem but I am on SFR
does anyone have an explanation?

    Hello.
    These sites are illegal; ISPs are required to block them if Arcom requests it.
