Reset PC offered in the region

Hello, I received my PC provided by the region for high school. At the time of the first connection, it was a modified version of Windows for the Pays de la Loire region, and since I hadn't received the procedure from the school, I couldn't connect with the region's credentials. Windows then offered me to create a local account, which I did. However, I realized that my Windows isn't activated and I don't have the region's software... In the meantime, I was given the connection procedure x) so I would like to reset the PC to factory settings to connect and create my regional account. However, to reset the PC, you need administrator rights that I don't have, so I can't do anything on the PC. Does anyone have a solution?

You need to discuss this with the administrator at your school.
As for the rest, there won't be any help here in this area.
