Hello,

I can't transfer music from the PC to the MP4. I have read your comments and tried to do it, but nothing works. A message appears: Warning no file.

Hello, to be able to use this M400, you need to go to Settings>Format card, then connect your M400 to your PC. You will now need to re-add your music...
