Bonjour,
Je viens vers vous car je ne parviens pas à installer la mise à jour windows depuis qq années. Si avant ça ne me dérangeait pas, désormais certains logiciels ne veulent pas fctionner sans la mise à jour.
voici ce que la résolution de problème windows dit
Symptoms
When you install the May 2019 update on a Windows 10-based computer, the installation process stops, and you receive a message that resembles the following:
AMD Ryzen™ or AMD Ryzen™ Threadripper™ configured in SATA or NVMe RAID mode.
A driver is installed that causes stability problems on Windows. This driver will be disabled. Check with your software/driver provider for an updated version that runs on this version of Windows.
Cause
On computers that have AMD Ryzen or AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors, certain versions of AMD RAID drivers are not compatible with the Windows 10 May 2019 update. If a computer has these drivers installed and configured in RAID mode, it cannot install the May 2019 update of Windows 10. If you start the installation process, the process stops.
Version 9.2.0.105 and later versions of the AMD RAID drivers do not cause this issue. A computer that has these drivers installed can receive the May 2019 update.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, download the latest AMD RAID drivers directly from AMD at X399 Drivers & Support. The drivers must be version 9.2.0.105 or a later version. Install the drivers on the affected computer, and then restart the installation process for the May 2019 update.

Bref il y a des traces de pilote AMD... Seulement j'ai une carte graphique d'origine NVIDIA(et elle est tjs la meme d'ailleurs) ...
Et je n'arrive pas à mettre la main sur ces fichiers pour les effacer.

Bonjour.
Fait une réparation de Windows 10 sans perte de données (tout est conservé), cela mettra à jour Windows 10 à sa dernière version (21h1).

Quelle est ta configuration matérielle ?
Publie une copie d'écran de la première page de l'application MSINFO32 (à exécuter).
PS : ne supprime aucun fichier système, le remède peut être pire que le mal.

Malheureusement, ça n'a pas fctionné.
J'en reviens au même message Windows mais il ne se passe rien après.

si j'installe des pilotes qui sont des AMD. Il y a un risque pour la gestion de la carte ?
ça marcherait d'installer les pilotes AMD puis de désinstaller proprement les pilotes ?

voilà voilà, j'ai contacté LDLC ils m'ont transmis des fichiers en remplacer dans widows. Au début ça n'a pas fonctionné mas au bout de 3 redemarrage d'un coup(je ne asis pas pk, il a lancé la mise à jour et c'est passé) miracle!!

Tu saurais me donner ton adresse mail car il y a qq fichiers avec des tutos vraiment bien fait. Mais je ne sais pas comment les mettre ici
