I ordered a pair of sneakers on the NobullFrance website

I received a payment confirmation email but have heard nothing since.
Do you have any information, is this a fraudulent site?

I just realized that I got taken in too, and the worst part is that I was charged 102 euros instead of the price of the item, which was 85 euros ????.
It's up to the brand to avoid this kind of fake site and protect their customers!!! We need to complain to the real site so they can finally intervene.

Hello,
After contacting my bank and seeing my advisor after ordering a fake pair of shoes from this site (????), she advised me to block my card and request a chargeback to get a refund.

I recommend following the same steps to avoid further surprises if they have taken your card details.

Nobull confirmed to me that the following site was fraudulent and that they were already in the process of taking legal action against various sites of this kind. They also advised me to do a chargeback to recover the funds.

Same steps on my end.
Opposition on the concerned credit card and dispute of the payment (form provided by my bank).
It's crazy that the site is ranking first in search engines.
I put it into perspective. They could only make one purchase. It could have been worse, being in possession of all my banking details.
We will be more vigilant in the future.

Hello,
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a pair of sneakers listed at €85 instead of €141. My account was charged €102 + customs duty of €4.50 to be paid upon arrival. I received the package on June 13, 2022, which contained a pair of cheap plastic sunglasses!
