Unable to launch Minecraft 0x803F8001

Hello, I recently changed my PC, so I wanted to install Minecraft on it.
I have had my Minecraft account since 2012, I went through the internet to install it as I used to do on the official page. (also installing Java alongside)

The installation was different than usual, it didn’t ask me which drive I wanted it on, no loading screen. Once "installed," it tells me that I can launch the game, I click on launch, a window opens:

"Minecraft Launcher is currently not available on your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here is the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001 "

I tried logging out of Microsoft, logging back in, nothing, I restarted my PC, nothing,
I tried uninstalling Minecraft to reinstall it, but when I go to Programs and Features, there is no Minecraft, nor Minecraft launcher…

Does anyone have any ideas?

(I am on Windows 10 Home, all updates done, I also tried everything this help link mentioned:

Hello,
I had the same error as you right after buying the game (Java version and on Minecraft.net).
I clicked on the link during the error, which redirected me to the Minecraft launcher page in the Microsoft store, then I clicked on Get (button to the right of Play). (For your information, I did not save my payment details). After that, I was able to launch the launcher without any problem. (apparently without paying again since my details were not saved).

Exactly the same problem, Damien's solution worked.
