Opening DPF file

Hello everyone.
I have a file with the DPF extension (a file sent by my accountant) that I can't open despite several attempts. It doesn't open when I associate it with a program (pdf, word, wordpad, notepad, etc.), I downloaded a free version of F-SECURE SAFE recommended on some forums to no avail. Do you have any tips or programs to recommend?

an agreement to be found with the E.C. of which you are a client, let me remind you
it's a good initiative for the E.C. to protect the documents, but it should inform its correspondents
