Problem with SFR NB6 box

Hello everyone, I need information regarding an SFR NB6 box.
The problem is as follows: my iPhone detects the box and when I connect to the Wi-Fi, I get a message (unable to connect to the sfr_3B40 network). I contacted Apple and after taking control of my computer and my iPhone, they told me there was no problem with my iPhone and that it came from my Box! So I contacted SFR to see if it was possible to change my Box, but they said there was no problem with the box! So I bought an identical second-hand box on eBay! But I can't get it to work! I get a message when I click on open network and internet settings and then on troubleshoot (local network connection does not have a valid IP configuration).
So my question to you is, is it possible to replace the NB6 box with another second-hand one without contacting SFR, and if so, how do I get this NB6 Box to work?
I hope to get information on this subject to enlighten me, thank you in advance!
Best regards, zébulon1174

    Hi,
you are buying a smuggled box (it shouldn't be for sale because it belongs to SFR, it should be returned in case of exchange) when all you needed was to add a Wi-Fi access point...
On the old box, try to configure different SSID names for the 2.4 and 5 GHz networks and see if one works better than the other.
On the new one, try a factory reset because the issue (DHCP) is on the LAN side, not the internet connection side.
