Inaccessible smart TV menu

Hello,

The menu on my TV where I download apps is not working anymore. A black screen appears and I can't move between the tabs (applications, videos, etc...).
The TV works fine except for that, but I can no longer access my apps like YouTube, for example.
My TV is a Thomson 65UD63*6; if anyone has any ideas,

    I just had the same issue as you today, (black screen, with only the links "Home, application etc... in white", but unable to navigate)
    it might be an automatic update from their TV whose firmware is corrupted.
    As for me, I reset the TV to factory settings but the problem is still there.
