Hello, I have a Philips Ambilight TV 49PUS7170/12.
This TV has quite a few bugs.. For example, the sound cuts out suddenly, it turns off and restarts by itself.. etc
I would like to reinstall the television but my problem is that I can't enter the PIN code when prompted.
I'm not talking about what to enter as a PIN but about the issue of entering the PIN code itself.
It's as if the remote control doesn't work at that moment..
Thank you in advance, you will save my life ????

Hello
1. Unplug all peripherals
Unplug all devices connected to the television. This includes set-top boxes, CI+ modules, and hard drives.
If the television continues to restart, leave the devices disconnected and proceed to step 2
If the restarts have stopped, leave the devices disconnected and proceed to step 3
2. Restart the television
• Unplug the television from the wall outlet for at least 1 minute after the LED light goes out
• Turn on the television and keep the devices disconnected
If the television continues to restart, leave the devices disconnected and proceed to step 4
If the restarts have stopped, leave the devices disconnected and proceed to step 3
3. Exclude connected devices
If any devices were connected to the television, they could be a cause of the restarts. To detect which device might be the cause, follow the steps below and keep the television on for a while after reconnecting each device to see if the restarting continues.
• Keep the television on without any connected devices
• Connect the devices to the television one by one, monitoring the behavior of the television after each connection to a device.
Note: If restarts begin when a specific device is connected, contact the manufacturer of the device for further troubleshooting information.
4. Test a different electrical outlet
Do not use any type of power strip for this test. Plug the television's power cable directly into a different electrical outlet.
Note: Ensure that the tested outlets are not faulty. Try another electronic device to check, for example, if the power supply voltage is adequate.
5. Contact Philips TV Support
If the television does not turn on after the above steps, contact the specialized Philips TV Support service.
