Hello everyone, so here I explain my problem. A few days ago, Google Play shows me this message when I open the Google Play app, and I go to payment and subscriptions, then I go to payment methods and see the Free payment method marked as unavailable. Before, when I wanted to make a purchase, it said you exceed the allowed monthly limit. I don't know if this is related to that, and of course, the option found on the Free website for Google Play payment on the bill is activated.

If the option is activated in your subscriber area https://mobile.free.fr/account/
Check with Free at 3244 or via FaceToFree, they will tell you more because they are the only ones who can know the reason for this.

Thank you very much, but we are talking about the option found on the Free website. When we log in and go to my options, it is indeed Google Play billing on the invoice. If that's the case, it's activated. I have another question: before, when I tried to make a purchase, it would say "you have exceeded the allowed monthly limit." What does that mean, and does it have something to do with this?

As I already mentioned earlier, check with Free about that.
