Hello,
I followed your instructions, but when I do a print preview: blank page. I printed: blank page.
Fortunately, I saved my file.
I am using LibreOffice, and I can't figure out how to remove "Sheet 1" and "Page 1".
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows / Edge 94.0.992.50

You talk about Excel in the title and LibreOffice in the message. It's all a bit unclear.
With free software, you work in ODS format, not XLS.

Hello.
What instructions? You haven't been given any instructions!
.
To remove "sheet1", right-click on the tab and choose [Delete sheet ...].
You can't remove "page 1"; you just need to not select it in Format / Print area ...

Hello,
I think you didn't understand. marjo83100 wants to remove Header 1 and Page 1 that she sees in the preview mode.
Switch back to normal view
Insert menu > Header and Footer
Header tab > Delete Header 1
Footer tab > Delete Page 1
Click OK
Alternatively, from the Insert menu, remove the header and footer if they are unnecessary.
Or maybe I didn't understand, and if so, I apologize.
