Hello,
My TV seems to be stuck on one remote control button, for example
Several times 55555 or 22222 or any other, it just keeps displaying a digit non-stop. I have taken out the remote batteries, I have unplugged and replugged it, it turns on and immediately starts displaying numbers repeatedly.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 94.0.4606.85

Good evening,
I suppose it's the remote control that is sending these repeated commands... you should be able to see them coming out on the infrared LED with a digital camera, smartphone, for example.
-- It must be a button that is stuck or has dirt underneath...
-- You should open the remote control while holding the buttons facing down (otherwise, everything falls out) it splits into two halves... and contains a conductive rubber skin... so you need to clean all that with a clean, non-abrasive cloth, especially, do not use sandpaper to clean the circuit contacts... A cloth soaked in rubbing alcohol or window cleaning product... Nothing more...
A toothbrush can be used to get into the corners...
In short, in my opinion, it's a cleaning issue.

Hello, even without batteries in the remote control, it does this. I unplug and plug it back in (still without batteries in the remote control), and it keeps doing this.

Alright, you didn't say it like that..
What's the model of your Océanic TV..??
Look around you carefully to see if something might be sending commands to your TV...
Is the remote control infrared or Bluetooth..?? How long has that been around..
Do you have neighbors or do you live in the middle of the fields..??

This is my daughter's TV; she only had a PS3 connected to it. I’m in a house by the garden, by the water, and on the other side is a road. I’m on the ground floor with no TV, just a PS3 to watch series. My mother is upstairs on one side, and her Samsung TV works, while my daughter is in another studio next to my mother, and we only have our phones.
The remote is infrared, and the problem started this morning. My daughter fell asleep with the TV on and noticed when she woke up that the TV was acting as if we were constantly pressing a number.

In my opinion, she's receiving infrared signals from something else... We should be on site to realize...
Or she has a malfunction that can't be resolved here...
I suggest placing a double layer of black tape on the TV's infrared receiver... to see if those numbers keep appearing on their own..?

Oh yes, there's something about you...??? some LED lights for example...
The tape must be really black and thick... I've had that happen, and it still went through...
