Fossil Watch

Hello, I don’t know if anyone can help me, but I have a Fossil smartwatch (Carlyle HR 1891). I tried to turn it off by going into the settings, but when I turned it back on, my watch displays a red circle with an exclamation point and says "no commands." Could you please tell me how to unlock it??

        Apparently, it's already happened on Android but on Wear OS... The buttons are not responding anymore?

        If they respond because when I press all 3 at the same time my watch turns off.

    And if you hold the power button for 20 seconds to turn off the watch.
    Then turn it back on.
