    Hello,

Either with the USB adapter you had a CD with the driver to install, or you need to download this driver from the manufacturer's website.

    Hi Bastien,

    Probably a driver issue.

What is the model/reference of your WiFi key?

It's a qilive wifi key (in the manager "802.11n").

        Hello.

Do you have any markings, however small, on the WiFi USB key in question, or even on the box?

If so, would it be possible to have a photo?

    Hello,

Give the device identification number of the peripheral
Check this out --> Find the identification number of a device
Post the number in your next message.

Is Windows 7 in 32 or 64 bits?
