    You can try plugging it in, wait a few minutes, and then hold the "Power" button for 20 to 30 seconds. If that doesn't work, wait a bit longer and try again once or twice.

    Otherwise, it might be the charger. You can try charging it via USB with a computer, if that's not what you were already doing. Again, you can hold the "Power" button if the light indicator doesn't come on right away. You can also try a different USB port on your computer.

    It could be the cable. Or the power outlet if you're plugging it into the wall.

    If the tablet is completely unresponsive and it's less than two years old (it could be longer, you need to check the legal warranty). I think in the countries of the European Union, the warranty for electronic items is at least two years.
