Hello,
my father has an Acer tablet that he received for free with a subscription. He uses it little. Today he charged it and since then the screen is black and at the bottom it says "=> FASTBOOT mode...". The tablet is hot and I am afraid it might explode. Additionally, I can't open it to remove the battery.
Does anyone have a solution?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 57.0.2987.133

It's all good, I managed to get it working again by myself. I let it discharge and then I reconnected it to my computer while pressing the home and volume buttons at the same time.
