Hello,
I have never posted on a forum, but I am trying to solve a problem with my school computer (Unowhy Y13 - Île-de-France region, running Windows 10 Education), and if I could find a simple solution online that would spare me from going through my school administration, it would be great.
Let me explain:
To start at the beginning, my computer displayed a message saying that I needed to update. Needing my computer at that moment and not having much time, I closed the message several times, thereby postponing the update. When I finally decided to do the update, I had to restart my computer several times before it actually performed the update. And once the update was complete, I wanted to log back into my PC. That’s when I started having problems.
The login screen was not like usual. In fact, the computer was telling me "PIN required to log in," but in the field, it was marked "password," which are two different things on Windows. I knew my PIN but only vaguely remembered my password. But for every password/PIN that might have been correct, it said the password was incorrect, even when leaving the field empty. Moreover, the login options and the ability to change the user had disappeared.
I tried restarting my PC several times, but it didn't change anything. However, after restarting my PC several times, I eventually landed on a blue settings page.
And there, I made the situation worse: Without properly researching, I thoughtlessly tried to restart the computer in safe mode. Since then, I am stuck on a session named "Administrator," but when I try to click on "Log in," which is the only option appearing on the screen, the computer displays a message like "Your account has been disabled, please contact the system administrator."
So here I am, stuck, and my school computer is unusable, which bothers me, even though there’s nothing stored on it; I need it for class and also for more personal use like transferring photos to a USB stick, etc., given that I don’t have another computer.
Sorry for my explanation, which is probably a bit too long, but I wanted to describe my problem in detail so that I could get the best help possible because I haven't found any solution online.
I am now waiting for replies that could possibly get me out of this situation ;-)

Hello,
For all those who have this issue, be informed that no solution has ever been disseminated by CCM. You will therefore not find any workarounds for these protections.
You must, whether you like it or not, address the administration in charge, which alone has the ability to modify or restore the access methods to the Windows session, knowing that "personal" uses are not provided for in these configurations.
