Haier Black Screen TV

My Haier TV turned off for no reason and won't turn on again; I have no way to reset it.
I removed the cover from the back of the TV, checking the cables to see if anything was disconnected or improperly connected, or if there was a broken solder joint or something similar.
The standby light is on, and when I press the button on the remote or even the button on the TV to turn it on, the little light flashes and then completely turns off, then turns back on.
Is my TV dead, or is there a possibility of repairing it?

Hello and welcome to this forum,
Maybe a problem of overload in the power circuit, not sure, but it's worth trying this:
Unplug it and short-circuit between the two prongs of the plug with a wire, paperclip, etc...
Of course, do not plug it back in
Wait an hour, remove the wire or paperclip and plug it back in
